Divella Catavelli

A classic Italian pasta from Puglia, made from durum wheat semolina. Cavatelli are small, hollowed-out pasta pieces that are perfect for stronger sauces with meat or vegetables, for example.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water. May contain traces of soy.
Cooking time: 12–14 minutes.
