Rhubarb jam with cardamom

A tasty and unique rhubarb marmalade from Skafferiet på Slottet, spiced with real cardamom for a warm, spicy twist. Perfect to serve with a cheese platter, as a topping on yogurt or on toast.

Made in the traditional way with carefully selected ingredients: rhubarb, sugar, cardamom, vanilla bean and a pinch of lemon to enhance the flavor and preserve freshness.

Each jar contains approximately 225 grams of marmalade with 60% fruit content.

Ingredients:
Rhubarb, sugar, cardamom, vanilla pod, pectin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sunflower oil.

Storage:
Store opened jar in the refrigerator.

Tip:
An exciting addition to the cheese platter, on pancakes or in pastries for an extra spicy touch.
