Raspberry jam with licorice

An exciting combination of tart raspberries and intense licorice from Skafferiet på Slottet. Just as good on a cheese platter as on a toasted sandwich.

Ingredients:
Raspberries, sugar, licorice root, pectin, potassium sorbate, citric acid, sunflower oil.

Storage:
Store opened jar in the refrigerator.
